Kurti Neckline Design --2 The Magic

Now for the magic of Embroidery to tranform a simple neckline to a beautiful one.

First draw a square.

Take two needles with two different colour threads.I have used Off white and Blue.

I have started with Off White.Make two diagonal stitches.

We have to consider this as two halves of the diagonal from now. We will be working each thread along the diagonal we chose inter changing the half.

So I have brought the Off White thread along one diagonal of shorter length than the first stitch. 

I bring out the needle  out on the other half of the diagonal on the same side.

Now we start with the blue thread on the othe digonal.First make a stitch shorter than the first one and bring out the needle of the same length on the other half. 

I continue this step till the two colors meet each other.I am putting pictures for your clarity.

LO BEHOLD THE MAGIC!!!!!

I have made 12 such motifs to get the neckline. I may something more.Let us wait and watch....

I have formed a pattern using Fern stitch and Stem stitch to join all the 12 motifs.
