Hi friends ,I would like to share the steps of how I stitched this neckline.
1.First I cut the neckline on the cloth.Neck Width -5 1/2 " Neck Depth-6".Cut in the centre -9"
2.Then I cut another piece of the same dimension with width of around 3" on three side.
3.Then keeping right side of small cloth on right side of main cloth I stitched along the edge.
4.Then I nipped along the corner at each turning making sure that the cut does not go beyond the stitchline.
5.This is to get the sharp edges.
6.Then I flipped the small cloth to the wrong side of the main cloth and stitched along the edge to get the neckline.
7.Now make a piping of required width and stitch along the neckline.You can hand stitch it if you are trying it the first time.
8.To seal the opening take a cloth of 3" width and 8" length and place on the wrong side of the cloth in between the slits and stitch along the neckline to fix the cloth.
So the neck is ready for embroidery.
